NAI Cummins Real Estate was a Commercial Real Estate establishment in Akron, Ohio, and they were a previous long-term employer. Aside from creating these materials (as seen below), I also created strategies that promoted the brand and attracted new clients. I worked with the sales team to sustain the branding. My technical duties included designing all of the marketing materials (print and digital) for use on the website, social media, E-mail marketing, and different 3rd party marketing platforms); occasionally, I did video editing and audio mixing for various projects. I also maintained their property listings database in-office, as well as publicly. There were branding restrictions imposed by NAI Global (their parent company), but I was allowed to create the materials seen here within their restrictions.
